Everything was great and clean, I liked staff and location. It was a quite comfortable stay, great place.

Terrific service, although a few employees were slightly disorganised. The food was reasonably priced. The venue was set in the central position just next door to theatres, bars and restaurants, Leicester Square tube stations. Westminster Borough district won't disappoint you.
The bed was a bit hard, that's sad thing.

The staff is kind, the breakfast savoury, the ocation is unbeatable adjacent to Leicester Square and theatres. The units are functional, luxurious. The lovely onsite bar serves bottled drinks.

Staff were happy to help, they are all marvellous people. The full English breakfast included nice pancakes, fresh fruit, meats, pastries and cheese. A beautiful beach, captivating view. We had a really unforgettable experience.

The location was GREAT, with Jamon Jamon nearby, where we could eat. The venue is situated only 1 mile from westminster. We do recommend the hotel. Holborn district was worth staying in.
